Shelton Law Practice founder and lead attorney, Cherri L. Shelton is a dedicated advocate determined to help employees throughout Georgia. Prior to opening her own firm, attorney Shelton worked as a litigation associate and with the Georgia Department of Labor, Unemployment Appeals Tribunal. She is an avid volunteer in the community and has served on numerous legal committees.
Ms. Shelton is admitted to practice in state and federal courts including the United States District Court for the Northern District, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. She is a member of several organizations such as the National Employment Lawyers Association.
